Join us this month to hear from Jankees van der Have discuss what he has learnt from decades studying the aromatic characteristics of native plants.
In addition to his local volunteering with the Meri-Meri bushcare group, Jankees serves as a Director of the Binna Burra Foundation, and a background in biochemistry and microbiology.

Monthly Meeting: ‘A Scientific Basis for Urban Cat Management’ - Jacquie Rand
Join us this month to hear from Jacquie Rand, a vet, Emeritus Professor of Companion Animal Health at the University of Queensland, and the Executive Director & Chief Scientist of the Australian Pet Welfare Foundation .
With colleagues at UQ she has developed and trialled new strategies to humanely and sustainably reduce the population of stray cats in urban areas without resorting to euthanasia, and will share these with us in her presentation.
